Luxe Studio, 200 steps to dog friendly Inlet Beach

Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space set in beautifully landscaped native gardens. We are pet friendly with secure fencing and love when guests bring their fur family on holidays - the offlead dog beach is only 200 steps away. Purpose built - The Banksia Suite & attached 2 level home are set around a fabulous old flowering gum, home to Rainbow Lorikeets and Wattle Birds. The front garden provides an outdoor shower to wash off after your day at the beach and a communal fire pit. The space Access to the property is through a secure entry gate, along a deck through the front garden to your suite which is located prior to the front door of the main home. The front garden is public space and where the fire pit and outdoor shower are located. Your private suite consists of a cosy open plan room with kitchenette to the right, lounge in the centre and King Bed to the left. The ensuite bathroom is directly off the bedroom and there is an additional sliding door opening onto a small paved courtyard which has views through to a private garden along the side of the main house. No one will access that garden throughout your stay so your courtyard is private. It is here you can hang beach gear to dry on a clothes horse if required or sit at the table and chairs to read a paper, do a crossword or sudoko, maybe play one of the supplied boardgames. The suite is lightfilled with privacy blinds to the front garden and blockout blinds to both sliding doors. Guest access Guests have access through the secure front garden, The Banksia Suite and the private paved courtyard off to its' side. There is no access to the private residence through the front door nor is there access to the private garage. Other things to note The entire property is non smoking and the Suite is designed to accommodate 2 guests in 1 x King Bed. It has not been designed with children in mind however infants (not walking) would be very welcome if you where to bring your own porta cot/high chair etc. Flat easy access means it would be easy to bring in these items from the car.
