The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, complete cookware, and local touches like Mar Menor sea salt, and also includes a laundry area with washing machine and gas water heater. The penthouse offers two terraces: an outdoor terrace with table, chair, and awnings, and a 70 m² rooftop terrace with seating, perfect for sunbathing or family evenings. The apartment has central air conditioning/heating, and upon request, a crib, baby bath, and extra bed can be provided. All guests will be required to provide their National Identity Document (Documento Nacional de Identidad, DNI) or passport for registration with the Spanish National Police. This will be requested only for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via a link. Waste must be deposited in the bins placed in the streets between 20:00 and 23:00 from Monday to Saturday.
