Clean and comfortable with 2.5 private bathrooms and 4 bedrooms with beautiful view overlooking the valley. Includes fireplace, gym, radiant flooring, kids play room, hot tub and dining patio with sweeping valley views. This home is set amongst old growth oak trees, with spectacular views of the surrounding woods and rolling hills. 2.1 miles to Laguna Seca Raceway, 9.5 miles to CHOMP/Monterey, and 9.1 miles to Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital/Salinas. 4 parking spots if needed. The space The entire home will be yours with the exception of the garage. There are 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a King Bed and en suite bathroom (sleeps 2), Bedroom 2 has a King Bed (sleeps 2), Bedroom 3 & 4 have 2 Twin Beds each set up as bunk beds (each sleep 1). We would allow 1 quiet, well behaved dogs to stay in our home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage. The home can be accessed by a keypad with code, no physical keys. Other things to note The home has several sets of stairs. One set coming up from the driveway, another set up to the bedrooms, and another set to get to the laundry room. The hot water takes several minutes to heat up, but it is nice and warm and we have a large water heater replaced in 2021. The driveway has limited parking and can accommodate 4 vehicles at most.
