Vacation in the wine village, large garden with a view

Between vineyards and the Palatinate Forest, our house offers 130 square meters of living space and a 1000 square meter garden, providing plenty of room to relax. The sun terrace with a panoramic view invites to barbecue and linger. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living/dining room, it offers ideal comfort for a vacation. The house serves as a great starting point for hikes, bike tours, wine tastings, and excursions. The space Welcome to our charming Mediterranean-style house! Designed with attention to detail, the house features an open floor plan with tasteful furniture and warm colors. The kitchen is fully equipped including an induction stove, oven, and microwave. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds. The bathrooms are modern and include 2 showers and a bathtub. The dining room is entirely surrounded by glass doors that can be fully opened to the garden. The view is also delightful to enjoy at the breakfast table. The outdoor area is a gem, with a lush green garden, a terrace with a BBQ and garden furniture, and 3 garden terraces that can be accessed via a staircase. Each terrace offers a magnificent view over the roofs of the wine village and into the vineyard valley. The garden features a small pond with a waterfall. (Please walk on the waterfall). The pond also has a safety fence in case of visits from toddlers. However, please still take good care if there are small children around! The location is ideal for hiking. One of the many hiking trails starts right at the house. The village offers several restaurants, wineries, a goat milk farm, playgrounds, and much more. Nearby villages provide a variety of restaurants, activities, and wineries. Check out our guidebook. For children, we have toys and a sandbox available! There is also a two-story playhouse in the garden. Parking is available for free on the street. However, you'll need to walk approximately 30 meters to reach the house. It's not possible to drive directly to the house. Parking spots are usually easy to find, although sometimes you might need to walk 200-300 meters. The house is perfect for cyclists. Bicycles can be stored in the basement, which can be accessed on the same level. We can also provide bicycles, just let us know! With its quaint streets, historic buildings, and cozy wine taverns, Königsbach an der Weinstraße invites visitors to immerse themselves in the authentic wine culture of the region while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding countryside. Max occupancy: We indicate that up to 6 people can stay at the house. This means one person has to sleep on an extra mattress. Guest access The entire house and garden are available to guests. One storage room as well as the garden shed are locked and not provided for guest use. Other things to note The garden has a fence along the terrace that is not suitable for small children! We have small children ourselves, and we don't recommend the garden for young children. Inside the house, there is a staircase leading to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom is on the ground floor) and a bathroom. The staircase is a bit steep and may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility. We have installed a stair gate for children, so they can't go up the stairs alone.
