Luxury house right by the beach

Our house is located in an exclusive condo, Balcones CostAzul, on the beach, 5 mins. from Santa Marta´s airport. 3 swimming pools, shared sauna, turkish baths, 3 tennis courts, semi-private beach, internet, TV, security, restaurant. House keeper. The space Our condo is very large and is facing 200 mtrs. of coast on the Caribbean Sea. Our house is 200 squared mts. and it´s literally on the beach; our back garden is the beach planted with a row of almond and coconut trees under which you can sit and enjoy the sea. First floor: Large living/dining area and outdoor sitting literally 5 steps from the beach Bar BQ and garden. Large kitchen with house keeper´s bathroom. Washer/dryer. Second floor: Master bedroom ensuite facing the sea with king size bed. Bedroom 2 with small balcony facing pool area with 5 single beds. Bedroom 3 facing pool area with queen size bed + 1 single bed. Guest access You will have access to the whole house except a small storage room on the second floor; you will also have access to all the amenities from the condo including a very large outdoor area with gardens, shared, sauna and turkish bath, 1 adult and 2 children swimming pools, 3 tennis courts, massage area, local food restaurant, a small grocery shop and parking. During your stay We will leave the keys with the guards at the main entrance gate on the day of your arrival to Santa Marta. At the condo you will find an admin office where they can help us find solutions to your problems, but I will be most pleased to offer help over the phone or the internet throughout your stay. Other things to note The rent includes the house keeper who will come in every day. She will clean the house and cook for you. If you don´t want her to cook for you, she will come in anyway to clean the house. She can cook lovely Colombian food and I can guide you about where to shop for food, one option being the local shop from the condo. No smoking inside.
