This new-built studio is located at the back of our main house. It takes only 5 min walk to Walnut Creek Bart Station; direct train to Oakland downtown (25 min) or SF downtown (35 min). Super Target is located 4 blocks away (Starbucks, groceries, etc.). If you like good food and cocktails, you can find amazing restaurants, bars, and retail stores within 15 min walking distance. Free street parking and parking permit is provided. Please review all details before booking. The space This is a 363 sq/ft open space studio. Guest access Guests are welcome to hang out or work outside on the patio. Other things to note - Due to liability reasons, we don't accept reservations with children, infant, or any animals at this moment. My apologies for any inconvenience. - The bed comes with a firm mattress. - The blue lights on stove are always on. They are acting as night light at night time. - During high wind and raining time, you may hear little noise from ceiling. .
