Aruba Villa w/ Pool, beach at 3 min

Spanish style villa with private pool, surrounded by a tropical garden. Our home has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 people), 2 bathrooms and is located in a quiet residential area in Noord at just 3 minutes driving from the best beaches in Aruba. Good WiFi (free), fully AC. The space The livingroom has a high, wooden ceiling and features a comfortable couch, rocking chair, flatscreen TV, dining table and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-pits cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The masterbedroom with queen-size bed has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with rainshower, sink and toilet; the two smaller bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) share a second bathroom with rainshower, sink and toilet. Both bathrooms have a water heater in the shower. In the living room, entrance hallway and master bedroom you'll find double doors which you can open up to the backyard. All rooms are airconditioned (with remote-control) and there is good WIFI throughout the villa. The backyard features a refreshing private, freeform pool of approx. 7m. x 3m. with a max. depth of 1.50m, which can be beautifully illuminated at night. Furthermore you can enjoy the comfortable lounge set, several lounge beds under the palapa and an outdoor shower. There is an extended roof which gives the patio-dining set and bbq area enough shadow. In front of the home you'll find a cosy front porch with seating area and enough space to park your car(s). Upon request we can place a babycrib or highchair free of charge, as well as complimentary beachchairs, beachtowels and snorkelsets. Guest access Guests of our villa have private access to all areas in the house and garden and will have private use of the pool. Other things to note Next to the home, we rent out two studios with its own entrance which (if available) can be rented out together with the house. Each studio sleeps 2 people and has its own kitchen and bathroom. Studio guests have no access to the backyard and pool area, this is for private use of guests that rent the villa.
