Guest access The reserved Airbnb is for the 1bedroom &1bathroom&1 Livingroom which is attached the main house and separate entrance. You will have a private entry. Guests will have a private entrance at the front of the house. No access to the backyard and the garage as that is currently being used for storage only. The key code will be provided in advance one day before check-in. 1B/1B Description: 1 Full Bathroom + 1 bedroom+1 living room with a mini kitchen countertop, 1 oven/microwave combined, and NO stove. It has 1 queen bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living room. Also, there is a foam mattress topper in the closet. Other things to note: Street parking ONLY. No access to the backyard, garage and laundry, just the 1 bed&1bath&1Livingroom. Other things to note NOTE1:NO smoking, NO drugs, No animals, NO party or or large gatherings !We will strictly enforce the no partying. We respect our neighbors and want to be good stewards of the neighborhood. NOTE2:Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is facing the front door, and 1 camera is facing the garage door, and 1 camera is facing the front fence door. The cameras are outward facing and do not investigate interior spaces. The cameras and doorbell record video and sound when activated by motion. NOTE3:Street parking ONLY.
