1970 Vintage Shasta Camper Enjoy a quiet getaway in this 1970's Shasta Vintage Camper - Shasta Susie. Stay for a couple of nights, a week, or longer in this cozy vintage camper in the beautiful hills of rural East Tennessee. The space Susie is nestled under cover on 25 private acres with large trees and an open field surrounding the camper. No neighbors in sight. Enjoy the provided camp chairs for relaxing during the day and start an outdoor fire for roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories at night. A small solar panel and storage battery provide power for LED lights inside and just outside the camper. No other power is available - unplug and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Inside the camper the original 3 burner stovetop is available for cooking and a french press and gourmet coffee is provided to get your day started. Susie has a small sink for washing hands and dishes but does not have running water. Please plan on bringing all water you will need for the duration of your stay. Essential cookware, dinnerware and utensils for two are available for your use. Two twin beds are available so please bring bedding (sheets and/or blankets, sleeping bags and pillow cases for the provided pillows). Susie is cozy camper with a standing height of 5’11”. There is a picnic table under cover for outdoor dining, playing cards or just sitting and enjoying the peaceful scenery. During winter months a propane heater and fuel are provided to keep Susie toasty warm. A waterless composting toilet is located just a few steps behind the camper for your convenience. Shasta Susie does not require any additional cleaning fee or cleaning service. We ask that when you check out, you return camper to the way you found it (or cleaner) for the next guest. All cleaning supplies are located under the sink including cleaning wipes and Swiffer/pads. Please shake rugs outside before you leave. Make sure you take all food items and trash with you so no uninvited guests (mice) arrive after you leave. Guest access Parking is located right next to camper.
