Welcome to our sweet cocoon, close to Puy du Fou (10 min), ideal for a timeless moment with family or friends! The full description is shown under the photos. Our cottage is located at the exit of a village close to shops and its advantages, while being in the countryside. You'll also enjoy the garden and its terrace to sip a glass of holes or enjoy the barbecue evenings. We are waiting for you, to help you discover our region. The space The vacation rental is composed as follows: ON the ground floor: A main room with a small equipped kitchen fridge, induction hob, mini oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tea and coffee available (in limited quantities), as well as all the utensils to make good dishes. A bathroom equipped with a shower and a vanity unit including a hairdryer and a bath mat. We provide bath towels (from the 4th night). Also a separate toilet! ON the floor: 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms, we provide the sheets (the beds will be made upon your arrival). The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200 The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 160 x 200, but also a single bed of 90 x 190. Exterior: A private terrace faces south. It is equipped with a table and these 6 chairs, an umbrella and a barbecue. The rest of the land is accessible (as well as the trampoline for children), but it is shared with the owner. The rate includes access to the swimming pool in the month of June (weather and heat permitting), but also in the months of July and August. The pool is not private, it is shared with the owner and is not heated. We do not provide pool towels. For "toddler travelers", we provide on request: a travel cot, a high chair and a small bathtub! Guest access On site, you will find a designated area (free) to park 2 vehicles. If we are absent when you arrive, you can enter the premises using a secure lockbox (the code is sent on the day of your arrival). Other things to note Here's some additional information: - Wi-Fi is FREE! - Guests and pets are strictly prohibited :) - Our property is under video surveillance (at the access and parking).
