Please Note: The frequently used fireplace lends a wonderful, smoky aroma to the apartment. This creates a classic cabin ambiance, but please be aware if you are sensitive to smells. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this unit is part of a four-plex so you will likely hear other guests above or beside your unit. We asked that all guests follow our house rules and abide by the 10pm-8am quiet hours. - This property is dog-friendly, specific rules regarding pets at the property are as follows: Please keep pets off all furniture and be sure to be on a leash at all times when outside of the home. Also be sure to clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bins located outside of property. Please respect neighbors by limiting the barking of pets on the property; A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at the property; the pet fee is $75/dog and an additional $75/dog will be added per week for extended reservations. All mention of pets denotes DOGS ONLY, no other pets are permitted. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management. - Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. - Arrival Information: All necessary check-in details, including your unique door code, will be sent to you on your day of arrival.
