There is a large kitchen with a small utility room. The sitting room is a good size with a open solid fuel fire, There is a main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. 3 large double bedrooms, one en-suite and one smaller double bedroom. its 5 minutes walk to all amenities. Ideal for groups who wish to share a space and cook and have a get together, families sharing with children, fishing groups. Workers: There is a yard for those that need to park machinery and vehicles Guest access full space internal and external Other things to note Perfect venue for a get together or family party. We have hosted 30th’s 70th’s special milestone occasions and more. Grazing platters available on request at an additional charge(see picture in pictures of house) House can be decorated as required for an additional charge for any occasion or however you wish. Cakes can be picked up on your behalf if required for special events Support available to arrange local catering if required. You're very welcome to enjoy it, but please note it is used entirely at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure the gas is turned off after use. The BBQ must be cleaned thoroughly and left in the same condition you found it. If it is left dirty or damaged, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee or claim for damages through Airbnb in line with their policies.
