Perfectly located, homey 3BR/2B Los Altos house

Lovely, safe and quiet neighborhood, ideally located near El Camino Real and borders Palo Alto and Mountain View. 10 min walk to restaurants and shopping. Half way between 280 and 101. Our very mellow cat Jersey comes with the house. The space The backyard is oriented South and has sun until sunset. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is spacious, located by the front door. The other 2 bedrooms are normal size and share a separate bathroom. It is a very cozy 1950’s ranche style house, which was remodeled in 2018. The kitchen is practical for cooking and eating-in. The living/dining room opens to the sunny backyard. You can BBQ and eat outside under the large umbrella. Guest access Guests can access the entire house. There is a small cottage in the back of the yard, which may be occupied with an AirBnB’er. Cottage’s occupant needs to walk to the side of the house and through the backyard to get in and out. The cottage has a patio, separated from the backyard with a wooden fence. Other things to note There is a house cat named Jersey. He is an in/outdoor cat, is very mellow and affectionate, so leave your bedroom door closed if you don't want him in. To care for Jersey, please change his water daily (with filtered water from the small tap next to kitchen faucet) and shake his feeder to fill his bowl daily. If feeder is empty, please fill up with more cat food (from large orange bag under window by desk against the red wall).
