In and around Bruckmühl you will find relaxing nature as well as rural tranquility – and yet the cosmopolitan city of Munich is only 35 minutes away. The nearby Bavarian Alps and numerous lakes in the area offer a variety of attractive leisure activities for everyone all year round! The space Our guest room is located in a very quiet location directly in a diverse nearby recreational area. The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling is a 6-minute drive away. Whether hiking, cycling, skiing, wellness in the Bad Aibling thermal baths, whether excursions in the nearby area, walks right outside the front door in beautiful nature, or you are just passing through, we warmly welcome you! The room is practical, cozy and stylishly furnished and offers enough space for 2 people. You go through our staircase or by elevator to the 2nd floor and it is for you alone. A private shower room is located in the room and in front of it is a small niche for preparing simple meals. Basic equipment, fridge, coffee maker and various utensils are available for you. Guest access For short unloading, the private parking spaces in front of the house can be used. Public parking is otherwise available. On request, an underground parking space can be booked from a 3-night stay. Unfortunately, electric cars cannot use the underground parking garage for fire safety reasons. Other things to note 200 meters away, the Mangfall River flows through Bruckmühl. There is a fantastic bike path (70 km) to Lake Tegernsee in southern and northern directions.
