Welcome to Magnolia House, 4 BR and 3 baths, this full equipped home is 10-15 miles or 20 min to Disney parks. It accommodates up to 8 guests + baby. The parking is free and there are 4 gorgeous pools, a hot tube, BBQs and play grounds for kids, also we have 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court and 3 ponds for catch and release fishing a theater and a fitness center at club house. The space Magnolias House has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. We can host up to 8 guests plus one baby. A very spacious bedroom with a King size bed downstairs, another master bedroom with a Queen bed on the second floor. Also two more bedrooms on the second floor with two twin beds each. Bathrooms are very clean. A bath towel is provided per guest per stay. Bed sheets/blankets are provided and also some toiletries, dishwasher soap and laundry soap for your convenience. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our home, we also have a ring peephole camera in the front door for your and our home safety. The AC is the best, a google thermostat that we control remotely at the most comfortable temperature for our guests. Just let us know your preferences. You can use all pools, and anything in the condominium that is dedicated for guests. Please be respectful of the condominium rules, which are listed in every common space. Parking is free., you only have to let us know the car plate when available so we can register the car for you.
