High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access. Guest Policy Maximum occupancy is as listed on your rental platform listing. Extra overnight guests: $75 per person, per night Day guests: $10 per person Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, in accordance with regulations for the National Reserve area. Pool Use The pool is for swimming and relaxing only. Jumping from the roof, deck, or cupola is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments. Illegal Activity Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate eviction and loss of all deposits and rental fees.
