It has 2 bedrooms (a double bed and a sofa bed in the first, and a trundle bed in the second), 2 private bathrooms, a living-dining room with a TV and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. Internet access, cable TV, towels, and toilet paper are included. The building offers a pool and direct access to the beach. We welcome dogs and cats only, with a pet fee of $70,000 each for the duration of your stay. The space This apartment has ample natural light and is located directly on the beach. Guests can enjoy stunning sea views from the pool. It is one of the few buildings with direct private access to the beach, ideal for couples, families, and beach-loving friends. On the first floor of the building, there is a shop that offers everything from food to cleaning products and liquors. Additionally, there are restaurants, cafes, and a Éxito Express (supermarket) nearby. The building features 24-hour reception and CCTV security, with parking available. Upon arrival, you must also make the payment for the check-in fee of COP$60,000, which is a one-time payment for the entire group. In case of unforeseen circumstances, entry is not allowed.
