Extended stay rental, in my home: Female guest only, minimum of 35 days required. Enjoy a quiet, residential & very safe neighborhood. Step Free entrance to home & into your room. Shared front door and washer/dryer. Relax downstairs in large master bedroom w/bathroom & walk-in shower. Your bathroom holds my washer/dryer which I use once weekly. Your room has a mini fridge (no freezer), coffee maker, electric water kettle, microwave & toaster for toast. Free street parking next to my house. The space The house is a bi-level home, with a large backyard which you can access from the side gate. The neighborhood is very quiet, tree lined and near two parks. I can only rent to long-term (more than 31 days) airbnb guests. Your room is accessed immediately, from the small foyer near the front door. I live upstairs, no guest privileges upstairs. In your room is a mini fridge, a toaster for toast, and an electric water maker to make tea and French Press coffee and a microwave. You have a large bathroom with stand-in tile Shower. Guest access You'll have your lower level room and bathroom. No other guests. The Upstairs is just for me. During your stay I'll usualy be available to greet you when you arrive and make sure you are comfortable. During your stay, if you need something more than provided or help with information about Cincinnati, just let me know. Otherwise, I generally let my guests have their privacy. Other things to note You'll be downstairs on the first level. I'm upstairs and live alone, and my preference is for a female guest. Note: you may use my washer/dryer for a free which is in your bathroom, for 1-2 loads/drys a week. If you end up doing more than that, I will charge an extra $25 a month for laundry use.
