You will be right in the heart of the medieval village located in the center of an important wine-growing area, inside a historic building. You will be spoiled for choice between wine bars, restaurants and pizzerias; if you want to taste local products at home, you will find everything you want within walking distance. In a few minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan coast, stroll along a widespread network of trails or relax in nearby spas. The space The apartment, with high beamed ceilings and brick vaults, is on two levels (mezzanine and first floor); the large double bedrooms with additional bed/sofa bed can accommodate up to 5 people; one is connected to the upper floor with an internal staircase and the other is located on the first floor where you will find a large dining kitchen with fireplace and balcony overlooking the streets of the village, fully equipped. The living room overlooks one of the most characteristic squares in the village; there are two bathrooms with showers (one of which is attached to a bedroom). Guest access Car access for loading and unloading is possible with a pass; free public parking is within walking distance, just outside the city walls. Guests can access a common-use tower, from which you can observe the entire town and the territory up to the sea. Other things to note The central location also allows you to access events such as concerts, book presentations, food and wine events and summer events in a few steps.
