Castleconnell is within walking distance. 15 minute drive from Limerick city or Nenagh. 10 mins from university of Limerick. Enjoy a comfortable stay in our Airbnb, where you’ll have full access to the entire house/room during your visit. The space is private, clean, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure a relaxing and convenient experience for every guest. Other things to note As with every listing there are pros and cons associated with every property. Pros - conveniently located - Safe and secure location. You can sleep in peace knowing this area is safe. - The property has everything you need, as if you were at home - Very reasonably priced. Where can you stay these days for 100 euro a night which includes heating, accommodation, cleaning and basic supplies including towels, soap, shampoo, tea / coffee, washing machine? - 12pm checkout. Where would you get it? - Furniture is in keeping with the type of house it is in. Unfortunately it is not all modern and brightly coloured flatpacked / self assembled / shipped all the way from IKEA Sweden (no offence intended for IKEA or Sweden). - We allow 1 night stays which to most hosts are not profitable. Each one night incurs the cost of a cleaner but hey… if you are happy then our job is done 😉 Cons - This is not a 5 star hotel. We do not have sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, room service. If you need 5* you are booking the wrong property at the wrong price point. - Small bathroom. But we guarantee that you will walk out of this one clean and refreshed. The only problem is that the other guests must wait their turn 😩. - Located on the old Limerick to Dublin road. Busy during the day from 7.30 am and quieter after 8pm. - This is a 60 year old 2 bedroomed / ex-farmhouse. It will however keep you dry and warm so close your eyes and imagine you are in a villa on an exotic island if that was what you expected and dreamed of 😉. - it’s not 300 euro a night so is that pro or a con 🤔 - No barista style coffee making machines here. But we do have pour over coffee and tea and milk and it’s free free free - No bustling night life outside the door. I’m afraid you need to put on Jacket and walk 10 minutes to castleconnell village or book a cab and travel further afield for that.
