Want to spend a family vacation on the shores of Lake Vernet-la-Varenne. Our cottage is warm, full of spaces for young and old (90 m2). Even our animal friends are accepted (under conditions). The large unoverlooked terrace allows for moments of relaxation as well as the living room. In addition, the village of Vernet-la-Varenne is very dynamic (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...), supervised swimming, walks, tree climbing, fishing, pony rides. The space "Le Matovech". Furnished 90 m2 cottage, single-story, very bright for up to 6 people. With large terrace, not overlooked. In co-ownership facing the Vernet la Varenne body of water (alt 800 m, 20 km Issoire (Puy de Dôme) Auvergne). Living room -Entrance with wardrobe, closet and separate toilet, -Laundry room with washing machine (portable clothesline, clothes pins, laundry detergent and first aid kit) broom, bucket and mop, - Kitchen equipped with table (fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pressure cooker, pans and dish towels), and cooking utensils, - Large living/dining room with table for 8/10 people. Large buffet with dishes, large dishes and salad bowls. Extra table and chairs available on site. -TV room with extra sofa bed (sleeps 2 occasionally). Under the TV cabinet, board games - Kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace Sleeping area. - Master bedroom with a 140/190 bridge bed (sleeps 2) possibility to put a baby bed, - Bedroom with bunk beds (90/140). Storage cabinet, games and mini library, -Night corner with 140/190 mezzanine bed with sofa bed underneath (sleeps 4). Storage cabinet. -Large bathroom with double vanity (hair dryer), toilet, and large walk-in shower (towel dryer radiator) - Childcare equipment available upon request (bathtub, changing table, baby cots, high chairs, playpen, etc.). pillows and duvets are provided. Direct access from the sleeping area to the terrace. Linens not provided. - Terrace. Large 60 m2 terrace, not overlooked. A relaxation area with garden furniture, a dining area (6/8 people), with arbors and large aluminum awning, A small children's area with small hut on synthetic grass or deckchair area of your choice, Barbecue, large outdoor clothesline, large chest and deckchairs. For your information: The cottage is non-smoking indoors. Ideal for family holidays and not for "fiesta evenings" (neighborhood). Our wise and "non-talkative" animal friends are accepted (respect for the neighborhood). Except cat1 and cat2. Departure cleaning of the cottage is at the expense of the renter. Cleaning products available (laundry, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and household products), vacuum cleaner… Private parking. Garbage and recycling container in the parking lot.
