The Little School has been completely renovated. It is situated in the heart of the beautiful village of Devoran, which sits at the natural tidal limit of Restronguet Creek. About the little school ------------------------------ ★★★★★ The apartment was very stylish and trendy. Clean and sparkly. Perfect size for a couple. Andrew was very friendly and helpful in check-in. Would recommend to anyone. As you enter the little school, you'll be greeted by a cozy living space where you will find a double sofa bed (not advertised as a sleeping area but allows you some flexibility to take up to 4 guests), there is also a dining area. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find the galley kitchen, fully equipped with cooking essentials like utensils, oil, salt, and pepper. A washer/dryer is also provided for your convenience. The generously sized bathroom boasts a large, comforting shower, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rail stocked with fresh towels. Upstairs, the bedroom suite awaits, with original beamed ceilings, a comfortable king-sized bed, and a separate day-bed. A wardrobe provides ample storage. Please note that the stairs leading to the bedroom are narrow. The home is also equipped with a Smart TV, Netflix account, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you have all the modern conveniences at your fingertips. Enjoy the Cornish air in the small outdoor space, which has a table and chairs, as you plan your day. There is no off-street parking although the street on which the apartment sits generally has spaces where you can easily park close by. Guest access Private access is found to the side of the building, through your own front door. There is a key box allowing you to come and go completely as you please. The bedroom is up narrow stairs, so unfortunately the apartment isn't suitable for disabled use. Other things to note Well behaved dogs (max 2) are welcome and must be mentioned prior to booking. Please keep them off the soft furnishings and beds. Dogs are charged at £50 per stay which is added to the total when booking.
