Welcome to this beautiful archipelago house on Storön. The house is located right by the water in a sheltered sea setting, with sunlight over rocks, garden and two private piers from morning until evening. The property is spacious and lush, with granite rocks, lawns and natural vegetation. Two private piers offer an open and scenic waterfront setting in a secluded location. The island is car-free, contributing to the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The house (110 m²) The main house is in excellent condition with a bright, open layout and large windows facing the water. A generous living room with fireplace and sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with social areas, and a glassed dining area overlooking the sea. The interior is light, tasteful and carefully furnished. Bedrooms & sleeping arrangements (max 5 guests) Bedroom 1: Double bed with sea view Bedroom 2: 120 cm bed Bedroom 3: 90 cm bed There are also two simple, charming sleeping cabins on the property, each with two beds. They are a great complement to the main house, for example for teenagers or guests who prefer a bit more privacy. The cabins do not have their own bathroom or toilet; shower and WC are located in the main house. The house is always rented to a maximum of 5 guests. Outdoor areas Two private piers for swimming and sunbathing, granite rocks and a sheltered sea location. A wood-fired sauna by the water is available as an optional feature. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, the property, the private piers, the wood-fired sauna and the two sleeping cabins during their stay. The pier by the house is for your private use. Other things to note The property is accessed by boat from Stavsnäs harbour (approximately 15 minutes). Guests will need their own boat, rent a boat, or use a water taxi that goes directly to the private pier. I am happy to assist with contacts and practical arrangements. Parking is available at Stavsnäs harbour. Public transport runs from central Stockholm to Stavsnäs in approximately 45 minutes. Three bicycles are available for guests to explore Runmarö. The property is best suited for adults or families with older children and is not adapted for small children. Bed linen and towels are available for rent (300 SEK per person). Firewood is not included. Mandatory departure cleaning: 2,800 SEK.
