The space This property is part of Eleuthera Escape, a popular 4-acre estate on Gaulding Cay Beach, featuring a main beach house (called the "Down Under"), and three other vacation rentals: Bella Luna (two bedroom, one bath), Kiwi House (three bedroom, three bath) and Tui House (three bedroom, three bath). Perfect for large groups and events! Bella Nova Features Reliable Power/Water: Solar-powered and fresh water cistern supply, keeping you immune from power and water outages. King Bed: Open-air great room with a comfortable king-sized bed. Twin Bed: The sofa in the living area is comprised of a twin mattress, perfect for an extra guest. One Bathroom: Relax in the large bathroom with walk-in shower and soft towels. Beach towels provided as well. Full Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the well-equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials to cook your favorite dishes. Dine indoors around the kitchen island or dine al fresco on the screened-in patio. High Ceilings & Open Concept Layout: The airy, open design of the space brings a sense of freedom and relaxation, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Guest access The entire house is available for your own use. Other things to note Guests agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property, and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while residing at the property: The Down Under main beach house/beach area is available to book for special events. Please understand you do NOT have the right to throw a party on the Down Under beach property without a written contract. No smoking inside the house. Do not litter. If you smoke outside, please dispose of butts in the trash after fully extinguished. No parties/events/loud noise unless discussed with owners prior to renting house. Do not burn candles or anything else in the house or on the property. Do not drive over plantings. Please return key to where you found it. Losing the key will incur a $100 fee. Guests agree to CONSERVE ELECTRICITY AND WATER. Please understand if you do not conserve power and water, you run the risk of running out. Solar power is not unlimited, especially on overcast or rainy days. We highly recommend turning off all ceiling fans and especially A/C units when leaving the house. Conserve power so you will have it when you need it! Please understand the fresh water cisterns is not an unlimited water supply. City water can be ordered but is not always immediately available due to maintenance or other issues out of our control. A starter pack of paper towels, TP and soap is provided. Guests are expected to purchase necessities beyond the starter pack. Bottled water is recommended. Guests can purchase a 5 gallon jug from local grocery stores. Kayak and paddle boards are available free of charge, first-come, first-serve. In the unlikely event that these items are not available, this does NOT construe a situation requiring a refund. Use of property (your rental and the beach house area) and water toys (paddle boards, kayaks, floats, snorkel equipment, etc) is at your OWN RISK. Children and those who cannot swim well MUST wear a life jacket, available at the main beach house, the Down Under. We highly recommend bringing your own PFD (personal floatation device) for those who can't swim, can't swim well and for your children, as we do not have all sizes of PDFs. Parents, please watch your children. Do not use kayaks and/or paddle boards in windy or otherwise adverse weather conditions; it can be very difficult getting back to shore. Emergency rescue (if available-usually a boat out of Gregory Town) can cost $500+. Please know your limitations and that of your group members. Do not sit under coconuts as they can fall. If you see coconuts above your head, please move to a different seat or move your chair. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FALLING COCONUTS.
