This newly constructed Villa has all the amenities for a comfortable week's stay: gourmet kitchen, laundry, 1,200 sqft of patio and deck with ocean views of the most stunning turquoise waters! Guest access The main house is private for guest access. There is smaller guest home on the property that is private for owner's access. Other things to note During holidays and in the Summer (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend) the home only books Saturday to Saturday for a 7-day stay.
