The space This stylish oceanfront property offers three spacious bedrooms, each with high-quality beds, ensuite bathrooms, and an additional half-bathroom on the main floor. The primary bedroom boasts floor to ceiling ocean views with a walk-out balcony, a king-size bed, lounge space, and a large, light-filled bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and garden-view balcony. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with an ocean view and ample play space. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. An upper terrace overlooks the private saltwater pool, ideal for morning yoga or stargazing. Located close to Baha Mar (3.5 miles), Margaritaville (7 miles), and Atlantis (9 miles), this retreat balances privacy with easy access to local attractions. Outdoor features include a terrace with poolside lounge chairs, a charcoal BBQ, and lush garden landscaping. In a gated community with easy beach access, this home provides a perfect, laid-back escape in the Bahamas. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, plus the private patio and pool area. The small gated community shares a strip of beach directly in front of the homes. Other things to note You'll be welcomed to island life while staying at this beautiful home, and with that, you might experience one of our occasional power-outages. The property does not have a generator, but flashlights and a battery powered lantern will be provided. We love The Bahamas for its year-round sun and warm climate, and so do our tropical bugs. To limit their visits, we ask that you keep doors and windows closed when you’re out and be sure to properly seal food items. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by your or your party during your stay.
