The space The house counts five bedrooms, nine beds, five bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, as well as a garden and front patio. The kitchen is fully stocked and complete with a full fridge, stove and microwave. Our outdoor amenities include: - Beach Access (Guest have to cross the road) - Infinity pool (Hot tub and pool are NOT heated) - Outdoor Patio w/ lounge chairs - Grill & outdoor dining area. - Parking on property Security: The home is located in a residential Area has a security system with Cameras installed. The Cameras can be switched by the guest. She will be your primary point of contact throughout the duration of your stay. We also have a hotline that connects you to one of our representatives for additional assistance. Additional Guest Policy: The nightly rate includes up to 8 guests, each additional guest will be subject to an added nightly fee. This charge is reflected under service fees and is non-refundable. All guests arriving at the property must be listed in your original booking. If you wish to add any additional guests to your booking please contact us before your arrival. All unlisted guests that arrive at the property after booking who are not included in the original reservation will be subject to an additional $50 nightly fee per person. Guest access All amenities in the entire apartment are available exclusively for the guest/s. No sharing. Other things to note The home is located on West Bay Street which can be a rather lively road in the mornings and early evenings. Despite the 180 degree view of the ocean, guests have to cross the road to gain access to the beach. There are restaurants nearby, however, a rental car is recommended for grocery shopping and exploring other parts of the island. Please note that we charge an additional $500 damage deposit upon arrival. Security: We want to make sure you feel safe while staying with us. Therefore, we have equipped this home with the SimpliSafe 24/7 security system. All cameras are under live surveillance between the hours of 10pm to 6am. Our remote security team will be monitoring the live stream for your safety. If they see any suspicious activities they will manually sound the alarm and alert the local authorities.
