Comfortable Private Room with Shared Bathroom

Feel at home with the comfort of sharing space with our family. The bathroom is shared and has hot water 24 hours a day. You also have WiFi all day. We are located in a safe and commercial area 10 min (by car) from the main square, even 5 min (by car) from the UNC. On the 1st floor you will find a minimarket and the location of our building will allow you to access different means of public and private transport. The space + The room is located on the 2nd floor of the house. To access it you must cross a room (not enabled for guests, at the moment). This room has 2 beds of one and a half places. It is suitable for 2 guests, but if you want to add 1 more guest, a floor mattress would be added. In addition, in front of the beds you have a dresser to store your clothes, it also has a nightstand to put cell phones, wallets, among others. THE ROOM IS WARM, since the afternoon sun enters the room. The bathroom is SHARED either with my family or with other guests who will be 3 at most for the adjoining room. The shower has hot water 24 hours a day. Finally, you have 24-hour WiFi. In addition to this you have a bookshelf, you can make use of the books as long as you do not keep them. + On the first floor there is a minimarket with all the basic necessities. + We are a 10-minute walk from the National University of Cajamarca and 5 minutes from the Cajamarca Bus Station. + We are located between the 3 main avenues of the city. Because of this, 2 blocks away there are pharmacies, bookstores, restaurants, markets and bank agents such as BCP, BBVA, SCOTIABANK and MULTIRED. In addition, due to the location you can access different means of transport, either public or private. Guest access They can only use the bathroom, as the living room is not yet available for guests. Other things to note There is a water engine in the backyard of the house. It turns on automatically every 2 or 3 days, since it supplies the main tank with drinking water for our use. The noise is not annoying, but I would like to emphasize this in case it turns on at any time during the night. It takes 15 minutes to fill the tank on the top floor. Finally, we have two pets at home that live in the backyard of the house, they are two dogs. If you go out the bedroom window, the dogs will usually bark at you.
