Our peaceful community is populated by longtime residents, some of whom have been here since my youth and know my family well. Our pedestrian-friendly streets feature dog walkers, fitness enthusiasts, families, and children going to/from school or the park. The home features elegant parquet wood flooring. We provide a 65” smart TV with Chromecast. We don't have cable; if you're seeking live sporting events, we recommend visiting the stadium or nearby restaurants such as Ballyhoo's or Gator Dockside. This home was formerly the residence of a local Gainesville band before they each got engaged and bought their own places.
