The Villa is on ground floor with a private entrance and the entire 4bhk is private including the balcony and whatever is given in the photos,accept the garden it will be shared , but there is lot of space like there are 2 different gardens nobody will invade your space , we keep same nature of guest on both the floors , if there is a family we make sure the ground floor is also booked by a family or vice versa,a sufficient place for bigs groups at least 10 people can fit,max12 with exta charge The space the view from the proche and the clear sunset and the garden which makes everyone joyous that makes my please unique Guest access all spaces the guest can use Other things to note no drugs allowed,in my property 11 people can fit if extra person comes 600 per person Will be charged, breakfast and others facilities like wood are charged at reasonable amount, late night parties not allowed
