One of the oldest houses in the village of Bohan, our house was completely renovated in 2023. We offer the beauty of the Semois Valley with all the modern conveniences to make your stay perfect. Located in the beautiful town in Vresse-sur-Semois, we are on a quiet, dead-end road in the village. Our house has a large entry, grand room with living and dining, a second living room with a TV, games and a wood stove, a super-equipped kitchen and a terrace and garden. There is a traditional coffee machine and a machine with "dolce gusto" capsules. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: ​ Bedroom 1: Double Bed (160x200 cm)​ Bedroom 2: Double Bed (160x200 cm) Bedroom 3: Double Bed (140x200 cm) Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Beds (90x190 cm) The main bathroom offers a claw foot bathtub and walk-in shower. ​ Bathroom One: shower and bathtub Bathroom Two: shower and toilet 3 Toilet rooms A separate laundry room is also available. At the back of the house is a terrace and a large garden. There is parking with 4 spaces at the front of the house and a garage for bicycles. In the rental agreement, 25% of the rental amount covers the covers the cost of the rental of the furniture. Other things to note Linens We do not provide sheets & towels. However, we are happy to connect you with a local service that can provide them at the house before your arrival.
