The HOME CHIC eco-lodge of the small pond in the meadows, with private Nordic bath, is a haven of peace and elegance in the heart of a private estate of 12 hectares. Comfortably installed, with a 360° view of nature, 2 ponds and no neighbors, you will feel like you are alone in the world. Located in the Périgord Vert, close to many outdoor activities and tourist attractions. Given the ubiquity of ponds, for safety reasons children are not allowed. The space The eco-lodge of the small pond at HOME CHIC in the meadows is an old fishing hut, on one level, completely renovated in 2024 to offer you a stay in the heart of nature with high-end comfort. Peacefully settled on your sofa, on your terrace or in your private Nordic bath, you can observe nature, lulled by the chirping of birds, the sound of the wind in the trees and the small stream below. Without any light pollution, you can also spend pleasant evenings contemplating the starry sky, while taking a midnight bath. Nestled in the heart of the enchanting landscapes of the Périgord Vert, our high-end and intimate vacation rental is a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the city, to relax, slow down and enjoy simple and authentic moments. In summer, you will enjoy this living space inside and outside, while in winter you will enjoy the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove and a good movie like at the cinema. Although isolated and quiet, within a radius of less than 15 km you will find many leisure activities: many hiking trails, several castles, a water recreation center with cable-park/wakeboard, a 9-hole golf course, cinema, restaurants... There are also all the useful shops and services: supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, hospital... as well as very friendly local farmers' markets. Finally, you will find in the ecolodge all the amenities and storage necessary to stay there very comfortably as long as you want. Large covered terrace, private land, heated Nordic bath, large equipped kitchen, video projector and large screen, hi-fi installation, Wi-Fi, are all equipment that will make your stay pleasant, in all seasons. *** Adult Only / +18 years *** Guest access The ecolodge is totally independent and private, without any neighbors. You have exclusive use of a plot of more than one hectare, a private pond of 1000 m² and a Nordic bath. You can also stroll through a preserved natural area of 10 hectares of meadow and forest and tour the large pond of one hectare or fish there (frequented only by you and ourselves occasionally). The ecolodge has its own access from a small municipal road and private parking. A small 80-meter-long pedestrian path gives you access to your accommodation. Other things to note Accommodation reserved for adults. The ecolodge is autonomous in electricity, it is powered by solar panels and a battery park. Our facility is sufficiently sized to offer you a high level of comfort. That was precisely our goal: to combine autonomy and comfort. We hope you enjoy this feeling of independence as much as we do. There is no TV but a video projector with projection screen and high-performance audio system.
