It features Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and other amenities. For a restful sleep, there is a very comfortable box spring bed, and a sofa bed is also available for two additional guests. We look forward to your visit! Natural materials such as clay plaster and wood create a pleasant indoor climate. The bright living area with a sofa and Smart TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cozy meals. In the sleeping area, you will find a comfortable double bed with warm wooden accents. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower and high-quality fittings. A quiet location on the edge of the old town, close to the Main River and vineyards, makes this apartment ideal for couples, business travelers, and weekend guests. Guest access The apartment is available exclusively for you during your stay. You have private use of all rooms (sleeping area, living area, kitchen and bathroom). Check-in is contactless via a personal PIN code, which activates from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. All arrival and access information will be provided to you in advance.
