Fully equipped with quality items for meals in, and easy access for nights out. Remodel included a new kitchen, new bathroom, new porcelain tile, newly refinished original wood floors, and all new furniture and appliances. Vaulted ceilings throughout. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable mattress. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room for our guests to use. We provide a fully-stocked coffee/tea station for our guests. The living room has a 48" Roku tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney+, and DirecTV Stream signed in and ready to watch. The Mermaid Bungalow is the perfect place for a weekend getaway, business travelers, and families too. The bungalow is on a residential street in Seaside. There is a large park with a playground just a block away. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, or the beach! Easy access to the Monterey Bay Coastal Rec Trail. The bungalow is also just a quick 10-15 minute drive to all major attractions such as the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, and Carmel-by-the-Sea. Walk, bike, short drive to anywhere on the Monterey Peninsula. A half mile away we have an amazing rec trail that is perfect for walking/biking along the beach and to Fisherman's Wharf and Cannery Row. Guest access The entire bungalow is your private space, including a fully fenced yard! Other things to note There are two bungalows on the property, both of which are Airbnbs.
