Podlaski Zakątek - Small Corner

On a large, fenced plot with a forest behind the fence, there is a small house called Mały Zakątek, which has been restored from a Podlasie summer kitchen. It is a cottage for two or a single. In the vicinity there is a larger cottage called the Big Corner. Here you will find peace and quiet and recharge your "city" batteries. From the hot tub (a kind of jacuzzi without hydromassage), hammock or terrace you can look at the neighbors' sheep. An ideal base for discovering, also in the company of a dog or on a bicycle, the magic of Podlasie. The space Mały Zakątek was created from the renovation of a former Podlasie summer kitchen with an area of 26 m2. It is intended for a maximum of 2 people. It is a compact room that combines a bedroom, a kitchenette and a dining room. Next to it there is a small bathroom with a shower. The height of these rooms is 2.17 m, while the adjacent small living area with balcony doors leading to the outer courtyard is already over 3.10 m high. The kitchen area is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooker, microwave oven and fridge, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils needed to prepare a meal yourself, there is no oven or dishwasher. Heating on colder nights: a fireplace that warms the whole room well + 2 electric radiators. The equipment also includes a TV, which receives dozens of satellite TV programs. The cottage has its own covered porch, which was built for guests this year, so that even in rainy moments you can spend time outdoors. The porch is equipped with lounge furniture and a fireplace for an evening sitting by the fire and a small grill. On sunny days you can use the sun loungers. In addition, a green area of about 100 m2, fully fenced, is assigned to the exclusive disposal of guests, Mały Zakątek is adjacent to another cottage where other guests can stay at the same time. The rest of the facility is a large common space, where there is a fireplace and an outdoor hot tub - Guests can purchase services related to its use on request. The central area is well lit with a lantern or ground light, switched on by remote controls. From the plot you can directly go to a large forest complex to go for a walk, also with a dog or for a run. In Podlaski Zakątek there are 4 bicycles for rent for an additional fee - 3 for adults and one for youth. Nearby, there is the Green Velo bicycle trail for those who like cycling, 2 water reservoirs, where there are summer swimming areas or places for angling. Berezyszcze is an excellent base for trips to Białowieża, Hajnówka or Mielnik. Internet to the computer via cable. Evenings can be made more pleasant by music from the adapter (the collection of vinyls is not very large - for now we are collecting-:) Firewood, fireplace, hearth included. In the case of using the hot tub, bathrobes and wood are included in the price. Self-catering, fresh eggs can be bought from the neighbor. Other rules are governed by the facility's regulations.
