The Clubhouse

Welcome to Montserrat's first eco-conscious clubhouse by the sea. We are located on the northwest coast of our small but incredible island, in the centre of the Little Bay, steps away from the surf. We are only five minutes drive from the the new town “ brades’ , and just 3 mins walk to Marine Village, a collection of small bars, a couple restaurants an a dive shop. The Clubhouse is nestled between coconut trees in the heart of our beach community. The space Please note: The Clubhouse is located on a public beach with a few neighbour bars nearby. On weekends and some evenings ( especially in peak season/ end Mid February - March and December ) there may be music or events, and sound can carry into the bedrooms. Most nights are calm, but occasionally it can be lively and late. If you are a light sleeper or very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you. If you love being close to local life, beach vibes, and the sound of the sea (with the possibility of music on some nights), you may really enjoy this space. Guest access Guests have access to the communal backyard, shared between the clubhouse and Pont's Bar next door. The property is a part of the community, though still retained decent privacy. You may want to meet guests visiting the bar on their way to enjoy beach or not, it's entirely up to you, but you can also enjoy breakfast or the picnic table facing incredible sea views in the backyard. The Clubhouse is located in a corner of Little Bay that comes alive for peak holiday periods including, festivals, carnival in Christmas and New Year as well as St Patrick's Festival. So after all the exploring all that hiking, diving, touring and relaxing, turn it up for some serious partying Montserrat style. So exactly how do you party in Montserrat?
 “The beauty about Montserrat is that you can bring your own party here—preferably on a moonlit black-sand beach, or backyard. Other things to note Noise and local nightlife • Nearby beach bars sometimes play music or host events, especially on weekends. On those evenings, music and voices may be audible inside the Clubhouse and can run late - sometimes until 4/5am in peak season. • I don’t control these businesses, as this is a shared public beach area. What I provide to help • Fans to create gentle background sound and airflow. • If you are very sensitive to noise or need absolute quiet, this stay may not be the best fit for you. If undisturbed sleep is your top priority, please consider this carefully before booking. If you’re comfortable with the possibility of some lively evenings in exchange for being right on the beach, I’d be happy to host you.
