Lovely spacious double room with wooden floors, & black out blinds. Has a single bed with very comfortable soft but firm mattress. Used of shared bathroom with shower. Possible to have a blow up bed on floor for an extra person Enjoy some lovely walks on the downs 2 mins walk from the house, and a short drive to Friston forest for beautiful walks. The beach is at the end of the road. The space ~A bright spacious double room with comfy Single bed In family home. ~ I can provide another blow up bed if needed so 2 can stay comfortably. ~ The room has a drinks trolly with a selection of teas & coffee & oatmilk sachets for convenience. ~ There is also a microwave & toaster for use with cutlery, cups & bowls. ~ Will have use of bath & shower which is shared with me and my 2 boys. ~ We will give you space & will be out during the day from 7:30am. ~ A work desk & chair, arm chair for comfort ~ Clothes hanger with wooden hangers ~ Black out blinds ~ Large towels provided Guest access There is full use of private double room with a lock.
