This beautifully restored turn-of-the-century villa from 1906 offers generous space for larger groups, with 12 beds, elegant social areas and a spacious garden. Private parking on the property. ideal for golf stays The space The space Prime location for beach & golf lovers • One golf course just 300 m from the villa • Two additional courses within 5 km • White sandy beach and sea only 300 m away • Spacious multi-level villa with generous social areas and privacy Sleeping & accommodation overview The villa offers comfortable sleeping arrangements across several levels, making it ideal for families or groups, with 5 double beds and 2 single beds (maximum 12 overnight guests). • Ground floor: One bedroom with a double bed and access to a bathroom with shower and double sinks. • Second floor – southern section: Large master bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, connected to a master bathroom with sauna, bathtub and shower. An additional bedroom with a double bed and one single bed shares this bathroom. • Second floor – northern section: One bedroom with a double bed and access to a bathroom with bathtub and shower. • Third floor (attic): One bedroom with a double bed. A baby crib (for children up to around two years old) is available and can be placed in different rooms upon request. The two single beds and the baby crib can be arranged in advance to suit your group’s needs. To keep the house in good order, we kindly ask guests not to move furniture themselves during their stay. Ground floor – social living & everyday comfort You enter the house through a bright and welcoming hallway filled with natural light and beautiful materials. A half-level up, the main living area opens into a spacious room with ceilings rising all the way to the third floor, creating a remarkable sense of space and character. On this level you will find a large living room with windows facing greenery and blooming lilacs. The room can also function as an additional sleeping area if needed. Nearby is a practical laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet. The main bathroom on this floor features a generous shower, built-in toilet and two natural stone basins with waterfall mixers from Gessi. The kitchen is bright, social and designed for both everyday life and entertaining. It includes two sinks (one with boiling water), dishwasher, oven, microwave, wine cooler, fridge and freezer with ice maker. Next to the kitchen, the spacious dining area invites long dinners with family and friends. Large glass sections fill the room with light and open to a veranda facing north and east – perfect for enjoying morning coffee at sunrise. From the dining area, stairs lead down to a wine cellar that can also be used as a cool and practical pantry. The main salon offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with an open fireplace, exposed beams and several seating areas for both social gatherings and relaxation. Elegant limestone flooring runs throughout this level, creating a refined and cohesive atmosphere. Mezzanine level – views & relaxation A half-level up, a seating area offers beautiful views over forest, heathland and the sea. Deer can occasionally be seen at the edge of the garden. Two large terrace doors open onto a spacious deck, ideal for long summer evenings. Adjacent is a TV room or family lounge with a working original tiled stove. From here you also access the enclosed, winterized sunroom that functions as an orangery during the colder months and opens directly onto the large garden terrace. Second floor – bedrooms & bathrooms The second floor is arranged in two separate sections, creating privacy and flexibility for families or groups. Northern section This section includes a bedroom overlooking the lush garden together with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower (Duravit fittings). There is also a private office used for storage, which is not accessible to guests. Southern section Here you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a tiled stove and views toward the garden. The large master bedroom features an open ceiling to the ridge, exposed beams, a wood-burning stove and access to a south-facing terrace. The master bedroom connects directly to an exclusive bathroom with sauna, bathtub and shower, designed by Philippe Starck with fittings from Gessi. The bathroom also includes a beautifully preserved tiled stove. Solid Douglas fir floors by Dinesen run throughout this level, adding warmth and natural character. Third floor – additional sleeping space & play area One level up, the third floor offers an additional bedroom as well as a larger room filled with natural light. This space can be used as a playroom for children, a studio or a quiet creative area, with views over the garden treetops and surrounding nature. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for one private room, the technical room and the wine cellar. Other things to note Villa Berga is a historic home, and we kindly ask guests to treat it with care. • Please remove outdoor shoes indoors • No smoking inside the house • Quiet hours after 10:00 PM • Only toilet paper may be flushed • Pets are allowed on the ground floor only • Please respect all areas marked as Private The house is equipped with an alarm system and security cameras, which are only active when the alarm is armed (for example, in case of burglary or fire). Indoor camera lenses can be covered upon request. Detailed instructions regarding entry, alarm system, sauna, kitchen, parking, bicycles, check-out and local information will be sent to you by email before arrival.
