The Little Lake House

Welcome to The Little Lake House! Come and enjoy beautiful views of the sunset and a sandy beach in the backyard on clear, spring fed, Square Lake. Right now, we are only offering 1 month minimum rentals for this 4 bdrm 2.5 bath house. The Little Lake House is a renovated 1950's ranch style home recently updated as our family project. There are paddle boards, life jackets, beach chairs and sand toys available for guest use. The space There are queen sized beds in two of the upstairs bedrooms, and a futon in the office bedroom. 1 full bath and 1/2 bath upstairs, full kitchen and laundry facilities. The basement is finished with two bedrooms but we are not counting it as sleeping space. Guest access You will have access and complete privacy in the entire house except the garage where we maintain residence for the owner so we can have you as our guest and be compliant with City Ordinances. You will not see or interact with the owner. Other things to note In the summer there is a paddle board for guest use and life jackets. There are also sand toys for children. The beach is sandy and zero entry into the water and it is shallow for 20 feet or so. The lake is sprayed for plants and the water is really clean. Neighbors on both sides have docks, but we do not have a dock or a motor boat. Please note, this is a quiet residential neighborhood. This listing is not a place to host parties or big events. We are firm on our rule of 6 guests. You will have access to the entire house except the garage where we maintain residence for the owner so we can have you as our guest and be compliant with City Ordinances. You will not interact with or see the owner.
