The place is very quiet, w/parks & neighborhood watch. We have many bars & restaurants for you to choose from. You’ll love the place w/ambiance very relaxing & cozy. The cabin is good for 1 or 2 people. No Children/Pets. Not child proof (PLEASE NO LOCALS) and No One with (No Reviews) It's for people who just want a place to relax before indulging in your sinful pleasures of the night life. I’m Minutes away from Detroit, & Royal Oak & the HOME will be shared by me. The space I"m centrally located to all the good Hot spots Party Centrals we have many Bars, Clubs & Restaurant. The night life literally at your doorstep. And many choices & venues to choose from. By 2 major Freeways 696 & 75. Get there quick to Downtown Detroit, & Royal Oak. Fashionable Ferndale Rocks! Lots of choices Theaters, bars and Sport Venues in Detroit on (Woodward). Guest Room & Guest Bathroom off Patio is not shared, but the rest of the Home is. (NO MORE LOCALS FROM MICHIGAN ALLOWED TO MANY PARTY's & People). This has called too many Issues!! Guest access You will have access to the whole house, There's an Airbnb for everybody! Relax @ The Hipster Cozy Zen Den But It’s Shared. There is an Alarm system for added security. Pin changed after every guest. There's a Barbecue grill on the back patio deck. Just in time for Summer Fun! During your stay Centrally Located CooLCoZy CaBin n BurBs KING Bed. Yes you can gladly text me throughout your stay if you have any questions or issues. I also will leave you the Metro Times & Fern-dale Friends Magazine on the bed for your neighborhood guide. You have a 2 Roku Smart TV just select your App choice. Put in your information & your ready to rock! You may select Antenna TV for local channels. And for your entertainment you can stream in your favorite channels. Also have the Android box for that extra entertainment. Other things to note There were cameras inside & out. They have been disabled cause guest did not want. The camera is in the living room facing the front door but also disabled. There's smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors & ALARM SYSTEM for your security & protection. Very safe neighborhood just added security. 420 Friendly City & Home on back Deck We have (2) Roku SMART TV's one in the Master Bedroom, & Living Room. Great FAST Internet Service 100MBPS.
