No new registration during Vietnam Tet holiday. The space Masteri Thao Dien is the 5-star well-known residence complex. It is located in the most premium area of HCMC -District 2 where of most of the expats , business men and women selected for their premium living. Even in this whole complex, you can rarely find a 3Br apartment with such an open and peaceful view to garden like my apartment. And even more difficult to find with such a premium furniture and design. Guest access The apartment are fully furnished with modern style: - Large balcony with stunning and peaceful view to Sai Gon river. - One big living room with one smart TV, one sofa, and one single sofa bed. - cable TV - Free wifi. - Open kitchen with one fridge, full cooking utensils and one dinning table set. - 3 bedrooms with 1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds. - 2 bathrooms (7 big towels and 7 small towels). - Cold and hot water showers. - One washing room with washing machine. Check in-Check out: - Standard check-in: after 3pm - Standard check-out: before 12pm - For different check-in and check-out time, please contact us! - On checking out, please put the card (and key) back to the mail box at the lobby (mail box unit code is the same as the apartment unit code). 2. House keeping - We offer free cleaning once time per week including cleaning, towel change, bedsheet change for each stay of more than 10 nights. - More frequent cleaning time can be offered with additional charge. 3. Parking - Bikes/ motorbikes: please use inhouse parking garage on basement of each tower. - Cars: please use near-by parking garages (close to T4 or T1) since in-house garage is always out of slot. - Parking is chargeable and not covered under your rental payment. - We will assist registration process for bike/motorbike if you need monthly parking. 4. No new registration during Vietnam Tet holiday. *** Please provide photo of your Passport or Vietnam identity card or one day before check-in to register. - Location: On floor 3 of tower T2. - Please bring access card to enter that floor. - Open: 6am to 9m daily. 5. Electricity - Turn on: When you go into the apartment, please find the main circuit board (in the apartment, close to the entry door), then turn on all the circuits. - Turn off: when you go out of the apartment, please turn off all the circuits. 6. Heated water - Turn on: please find the water heater switch on the inside wall of the bathroom and switch it on (red light). Water will be warm in next 5-10 minutes. - Turn off: please switch off the water heater after use. 7. Induction stove - Both the start icon and lock icon need to be turned on before use. 8. Intercom system - This system is to request or allow entrance to the apartment floor without access card. - To request: input 4 digits of apartment unit to intercom system at lobby then click “call”. - To allow: click key icon on intercom system screen in the apartment. 9. Apartment using rules: Please read carefully and comply to following Apartment Using Rules: -QUIET TIME is 10pm to 7am. Please absolutely DO NOT make noise, DO NOT hold party pr event during that time period. -NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: DO NOT use drug, funky ball or any other prohibited substances in the apartment. -NO SMOKING: Please DO NOT smoke inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed in balcony area only. -NO DURIAN: Please DO NOT bring durian to the apartment. -NO PET is allowed in the apartment. -NO DAMAGE & LOSS: Please prevent any damage or loss to our apartment equipment and furniture. *** Violation to any of the above housing rules will incur your penalty cost of 100 USD per time***
