With parking included and bus stops nearby, this place of tranquillity is an ideal base for discovering the region as well as professional trips. The space A bright ENTRANCE LOBBY welcomes you with a large wardrobe to accommodate your coats and shoes. The cosy BEDROOM has a spacious 160x200 bed, a large dresser, an extendable desk, direct access to the north balcony and a large-screen TV. A SOUTH BALCONY, bathed in sunshine, has a table and two chairs for pleasant outdoor moments. Another NORTH BALCONY overlooking the river and garden invites you to contemplate a landscape composed of vineyards, trees and mountains. Sit on the small sofa-lounge for beautiful summer evenings! The KITCHEN has modern equipments including utensils, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Staples like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, or dishwasher tablet are included, making your stay easier. Enjoy a small intimate dining area for two, with an extendable table for your special menus! Finally, the bright BATHROOM offers a shower cubicle (warning: dimensions 80x80cm), toilet, sink and a washing machine for your comfort (we provide product). For travellers with YOUNG CHILDREN, we can provide a changing table, bedding and sheets on request at no extra charge. Please note that this is a standard flat with no special protection for babies/children (your responsibility). Outside shared GARDEN and SUMMER TERRACE are also available if weather permits.
