It's a short walk down the street to the private beach. Our spacious home is comfortable, bright and airy with an open floor plan to welcome all, and features an outdoor heated pool. Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom. Villa Marguerite, is perfect for family reunions and friends looking to get away. The space First floor has an open floor plan with an indoor sun room! Guest access Guests have use of the entire home and garage. Other things to note Use of golf cart in the garage.
