Villa at the dunes in Bloemendaal

Detached house (130m2) on park, forest and dunes. Beautiful views over the park. You walk directly into the dunes and can walk or cycle to the sea (10/15 min by e-bike). Located on the Dutch coast next to the most beautiful nature reserve in the Netherlands: the Noord Hollandse Duinen. Surrounded by a large green garden and direct access to the park behind the house. Light house with large kitchen for cooking enthusiasts. 2 parking spaces on the driveway. The garden is fenced (fence) for children/dog The space This is a lovely house with a large living room, conservatory and large kitchen, two bedrooms, two toilets, basement and shed for bicycles. From the kitchen, you can look out over the beautiful and quiet park. There is a lot of light and the evening sun comes beautifully into the kitchen until sunset. There is a beautiful garden around it, and you can walk from the garden into the park and the dunes. You can even walk or cycle to the sea in one go (15 min. cycling with e-bike, a beautiful route)! There is also a very nice dune lake 3 min bike distance away where you can swim very nicely (with your children). Other things to note This is a lovely house if you want to enjoy the Dutch coast! The house is right on the dunes but know that you cycle 15min through the dunes (with e-bike) before you are on the beach. This is a wonderful bike ride! Dogs are welcome. There's even a bench. Dogs are not allowed on the couch or beds. Dogs can be let out in the park right next to the house. Dogs are not allowed to be let off in the dunes, but there is a beach nearby where dogs are allowed (Parnassia) There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a high airbed (2p) available that can be added to the bedrooms if necessary. And there is an extra sofa bed for 1 or 2 people (120 cm wide). This sofa bed is downstairs in the conservatory, which can be used as an extra room.
