What to expect: a lovely, light and modern apartment on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with work corner (USB-C docking), a children's/guest room as well as living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate guest toilet. Wi-Fi as well as dishwasher, washing machine, etc. are also part of the amenities. The apartment is centrally located, has terrace and garden. Pet and last-minute use on request. The space The apartment is new, modern and of high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a fully automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, induction range, toaster and food processor. There is also a washing machine and all the utensils you could ever need. Everything may be used. Fresh towels, sheets and a hairdryer are also provided. A baby crib and a high chair are also available and can be used. We have surely forgotten one or the other thing - if necessary, please ask. Guest access The key handover takes place in person / on-site support is also provided. Other things to note Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment only. The house rules must be observed. No parties or events are allowed. A wallbox for charging is available and can be used at a cost price of 35 cents/kWh.
