Les Arcs/Peisey chalet, ski lifts at 300m

Old mountain chalet completely renovated in a preserved hamlet at 1650 m altitude, quiet, very beautiful mountain view over the Bellecôte massif, not overlooked. 100m2 on three levels, large living room without sleeping arrangements, 7 beds in three bedrooms, a bathroom and a room with sink and toilet, entrance hall/closed ski room, 300m from the ski lifts, ski departure and return feet, 400m from shops (supermarket, equipment rentals, etc.). Arrivals/départures on sundays (no trafic jam). The space Access to the chalet is not possible by car, free public parking is located 350m away. You must therefore transport your luggage over this distance on the snow-covered road with little difference in altitude; sleds are available. This "disadvantage" is largely compensated by the tranquility and atmosphere of the hamlet, the extraordinary view of the Bellecôte massif, without any construction in front of the accommodation, departure and return on skis, and the safety offered to children by the absence of car traffic. Entrance to the chalet is through an airlock to retain the interior heat, also serving as ski storage. the entrance hall is wide and allows you to un-equip yourself, with storage cupboards. From this hall we access bedrooms 2&3, the bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. A staircase leads to the living room (35m2), with living area (non-convertible sofa and armchairs) games table (board games), semi-open equipped kitchen, dining table for up to 10 people (extensions), television /HiFi system, access to the balconies through the French window. The south-east and south-west balconies are also accessible from the outside. The orientation and high altitude location bring lots of sunshine to the chalet (from early morning until late afternoon). From the living room a staircase leads to bedroom 1, with a 160 double bed and a single bed in a semi-enclosed mountain corner. This room has a bathroom with sink and toilet. Each level of accommodation is more than 30m2 for a total of approximately 100m2. The Peisey-Vallendry/Les Arcs ski lifts are accessible on skis from the top of the hamlet lane (20m) and are 300m away. Shops (supermarket, equipment rental, clothing, souvenirs) are 450m away.
