Two TV's with Freeview, iPlayer, Netflix, Prime, etc. The space The property comprises a first floor studio with a ground floor bathroom and second bedroom/lounge. There is central heating throughout and a ceiling fan in the studio. The first floor studio has three main areas. The lounge area has a sofa, coffee table, sideboard, 43" LG TV and a remote control floor and reading lamp. On the other side of the studio is the bedroom area with a double bed, two bedside cabinets and two touch control bedside lamps. Joining these two areas is the kitchen/dining area with hob, microwave, air-fryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sink and storage cupboards. There is also a dining table with four chairs. On the ground floor there is a hallway with space for coats and shoes. Off the hallway there is a bathroom and a second bedroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower bath combination, a vanity unit with basin and toilet, a towel rail and a bathroom cabinet. The second bedroom/lounge has two single sofa beds, one bedside table and touch control bedside lamp. It has a wardrobe and chest of drawers with a 32" LG TV. This room can either be used as a second bedroom or a second living room. Guest access In front of the property is the main driveway where guests can park a maximum of one car. There is also free parking available on the street. Entrance to the property is through a locked gate to the side, where there is a pathway between the property and the main house. From this pathway is the front door of the property which provides a private entrance for guests. Other things to note Next to the front door of the guest house there is another door to the garage area. Here there are laundry facilities available (washing machine and dryer) for guests who require them. Please let us know if you require these. In the studio, in addition to the fridge, there is a separate freezer unit. This is also available to guests who need this facility. Please let us know if you need this. There is a small garden area at the back of the property with some garden chairs which is available for guests to use. The garden also has a rotary washing line.
