Our Studio (Skylight) Apartment is ideal for working professionals or couples looking for a cosy private space. Fully furnished with essential amenities, this apartment will be your home away from home. All you have to do is just pack your suitcases. This unit comes with a Skylight window that cannot be opened Minimum stay of 6 nights is required. Apartment size: Approx 160 sq ft The space Booking policy • Shortening of stay dates is strictly not allowed. • We highly recommend that your own suitable travel insurance is in place at the time of booking. What to expect during your stay? • Mobile Self Check-in: Our mobile self check-in system was introduced to provide our guests with a seamless, fully-digitalised check-in experience. Check-in at your own pace, you only need your smartphone with you. • Digital Concierge: Our Digital Concierge Team will connect with you 1 day prior to your arrival to provide you with all the necessary information for your smooth check-in. At any point during your stay, they will also render remote assistance for anything you may need during your stay. • Incidental Deposit: A S$200 refundable incidental deposit is required and can only be made via credit/debit card through the HERITAGE COLLECTION APP. This will only be in the form of an authorisation hold on your card and it will be released within 7 working days after check-out should there be no incidentals to be incurred. Failure to provide a valid credit/debit card will result in NO CHECK-IN. • There is no daily housekeeping: Complimentary housekeeping services are only provided for stays above 8 days/7 nights. Note: The photos used in the listing is of a sample apartment in the building, and may not be a reflect the actual apartment that will be allocated subjected to availability. The allocated apartment may be smaller or larger than shown in the photo. Guest access There are NO LIFTS/ELEVATORS in this building and access to your room is only via STAIRS. Rooms are located from level 2 to level 4. Complimentary shared laundry facilities are available for all guests and operate daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Other things to note • Check-in time is from 3:00PM. • Check-out time is by 11:00AM. • Early check-in and/or late check-out charges may apply. Extensions will be subjected to apartment availabilities and prevailing market rates upon request. Kindly note that requests for extension must be done at least 72 hours prior to check out for us to check on availability. All guests are required to provide their passport during check in for guest registration and sign the registration form agreeing to the Terms and Conditions governing the stay. No check-in will be allowed without a passport and completed registration form. We will be required to take a copy of your passport. Heritage Collection is an ADULTS-ONLY accommodation provider nestled in vibrant neighbourhoods of Singapore. We welcome guests 18 years and older. Our operational hours are from 9:00AM to 6:00PM only. If you require assistance outside our operation hours, you may contact your Digital Concierge who will be available to render remote/virtual assistance. All bookings made are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-amenable. Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is non-refundable. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption.
