Fully stocked in every way! The home is central to day-trip destinations such as Yellowstone National Park, Island Park, Targhee Ski Resort, World Class fishing, and Grand Teton National Park. Come enjoy beautiful Rexburg, Idaho! The space The two upstairs bedrooms are accessible via spiral staircase. Bedroom with 2 Queen beds and master bedroom are on main floor. The space 4 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: KING bed with attached bathroom Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds & 2 Twin trundles Bedroom 3: (Upstairs) 1 Queen Bed & 1 sofa bed & 1 Twin Trundle Bedroom 4: (Upstairs) Queen bed GARAGE GAME ROOM: Pac-Man arcade, air hockey, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, record player, and a lounging area. BACKYARD & FRONT YARD: Enjoy our fire pit, lounge chairs, and play area. There are no backyard neighbors and the street is secluded and peaceful, while still being close to BYU-Idaho and amenities. HOME TRUTHS: -The steps on the stairs upstairs are narrow, please be aware of this when you are going up and down the stairs. -Heating and cooling: It is an older home, but we have a new roof and we have extra fans and blankets to help regulate individual room temperatures. -Game room is behind garage and a little separated from home. It’s not connected to the house for heat and A/C. We have heaters and fans to help manage temperature. -250 lb weight limit on swing Supplies: The kitchen, bathrooms, and each room are stocked with supplies that you may need. Everything is labeled accordingly. Extra towels are in the closet in front of the laundry room. LAUNDRY ROOM: Laundry area w/ washer & dryer, PARKING DETAILS: You'll have plenty of off street parking on the right side of the driveway or the half-circle pull though. Left side of driveway issues by property managers. The Rexburg Retro Retreat is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability damage costs. QUIET HOURS: We want to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours (10 pm-7 am) are strictly enforced—no speakers or sound systems on our property. Violation of noise ordinances will be subject to fines. Events or parties are not allowed. Any parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. We want you to have the best time and feel safe. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect ALL surfaces between reservations. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor, upstairs, the garage, backyard and front yard. There is a small private apartment in the back of the house that our property managers live in.
