This house is close to trail heads and biking trails, just 45 miles from Wiseman's View and the beginning trails of Linville Gorge, Grandfather Mountain and the high country. You will be approximately 30 miles from downtown Asheville, and only 10 miles from downtown Black Mountain. This is an amazing location for nature lovers as well as history lovers. The space This is a lovely, modern 1 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms and ample outdoor seating. It's cozy but has loads of natural light. Please note that the homeowner does come and go between guest rentals, so you may see some personal items here and there. Guest access The lock box is locked at the stair well as you head up from parking underneath the house. The code is 17. The key will unlock the keypad. Other things to note We do use a property management software, so after booking on Airbnb, you can expect emails from ownerrez that will have check in and check out information. In addition to that, you may find a request for a deposit (credit card hold, not a hard charge) and a property agreement to sign.
